Our first hotel at cappadocia is like 2 star hotel and its not even a cave hotel As in the itenerary Second hotel at Kusadasi is an old hotel and we have to walk 7 minutes from across the street. So we have to book another hotel Plane plan is also worse. We arrived at izmir at 11.30 and have to wait for another guest for 2 hours Very tight schedule and tiring. Cappadocia baloon is nice experience And land transportation is ok. Just a poor planning and accommodation”

First, there needs to be CLEAR, SPECIFIC, communication with the passengers regarding what to expect. Examples: We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the Istanbul airport. There was never any indication that a guide would NOT be with us. We were left at the airport by the driver and we had to fend for ourselves. It needs to be made clear that passengers will be ON THEIR OWN. Upon arriving at the airport serving Capadoccia, there were a number of drivers holding cards with first…”
