On arrival before the ferry to Cannakale we were all (3 minibuses full) taken to restaurant for lunch then we were split into groups with one group heading to do Galappoli and us getting on the ferry and over to Troy. In cannakale they have what the locals call “Brad Pitt Horse” as it’s the actual horse created for the film and then donated in 2004. Pretty cool. At the entrance of the archeological site of Troy is the reconstructed Trojan Horse built by the Turks in the 1970s.…”
